About Megan Larson

I am a commercial appraiser with Cushman & Wakefield specializing in industrial, equestrian, churches, veterinary hospitals, retail shopping centers, and smaller subdivisions located throughout Colorado. I also appraise multifamily, land (with or without conservation easements and water rights), office, and single-tenant retail properties. Cushman & Wakefield is a global commercial real estate firm with over 400 offices in 70 countries. Our Colorado headquarters are in the heart of downtown Denver. We also have offices in Fort Collins, Greenwood Village and Colorado Springs. Cushman & Wakefield employs real estate brokers, analysts, and appraisers as well as many other roles in the commercial real estate industry. My background is in education, having taught low-income children in Anchorage, Alaska, where I also flipped houses from 2003-2006, and I have years of experience in the equestrian world, all of which gives me a unique perspective and knowledge in my current field. I am also a proud mother of one high school student who is active in track, a middle-school son and middle school daughter active in school events, and I am also the proud mother of a 4-year old preschooler. Currently, I am on the Colorado Chapter of the Appraisal Institute’s Board of Directors and I am a member of the Education Committee and the Young Appraisers Committee.
