About Megan Lindner

With over 12 years of experience in the senior living industry, I am a passionate and dedicated leader who strives to provide the best quality of care and service to the residents and staff. I always have the mindset of care of the highest order, served with dignity and humanity. I have completed the Leadership Series at the University of Rochester, where I learned valuable skills and insights on how to lead, motivate, and empower teams in a dynamic and complex environment. I am committed to the mission and vision set forth and I seek to create a positive and supportive culture that fosters collaboration, innovation, and excellence. As the Executive Director, I oversee the daily operations, financial performance, and strategic direction of the community. I work closely with the Business Office Director, who reports to me, to ensure efficient and effective processes for human resources, payroll, billing, and administration. I also partner with the Sales Director to network, plan and champion any leads. I have received multiple honors and recognition for my work, including the Employee Excellence Award, the Employee of the Month, and the Everyday Hero Award. I am proud of the achievements and growth of our community, and I look forward to continuing to serve and support our residents and staff.
