LCSW, MPH with 12 years of experience in school-based and outpatient settings. Experienced in trauma-informed care with children, adolescents, and families in group and individual settings. Registered 200 hour yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. I became a social worker because I believe in the life-changing power of connection and self-awareness. I have always been curious about the human experience, how we find happiness, and how we connect with each other.
