About Megan Mescher

After graduating from the University of Virginia, Meg started her career as a Bone Marrow Transplant / Oncology Nurse at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Hospital in Chicago, IL. Intrigued by the innovation infiltrating the hospital setting, Meg went on to manage and sell robots for Intuitive Surgical, Mako Surgical, Mazor Robotics and Neocis. Training as a nurse provided the opportunity to marry clinical insight with innate sales and marketing skills. Her experience includes minimally invasive surgery, surgical robotics, aesthetic, regenerative and plastic surgery and most recently- retail aesthetics, health and beauty. Over the last 25+ years, Meg has cultivated a strong strategic vision and succinctly delivers that vision to her team as well as in the office/clinic/OR and C-Suite setting. She deeply values relationships and trust. Meg is passionate about building exceptional sales leaders who excel in consulting on the sales of new, disruptive technologies, creating new revenue streams and formulating successful implementation plans. She is well versed in the current landscape of healthcare and offers creative solutions to drive revenue, augment patient outcomes and maximize customer satisfaction.
