Administrative Director with over two decades of comprehensive, strategic, analytical and service-oriented leadership experience and accomplishments within the healthcare industry, most recently in cancer/oncology. I have a track record with experience in strategic planning, program design, development and implementation, grant writing, marketing, public relations, event planning, and building educational infrastructure. My experience in the public health sector helped me shape impactful outreach and educational programming and initiatives targeting underserved or at-risk populations. I have received accolades from the highest levels in organizations I have worked at for being thorough, organized, and putting the client/patient first and achieving results they need. This relationship building has been evident while leading volunteers, rallying a group for a common cause, or using creative problem solving to establish communication lines. My people management skills were developed in the health care sector and I am used to managing talented, ambitious staff as a coach-leader. I can lead and motivate a team, preferably with my sleeves rolled up in the trenches. I have had direct P&L responsibility ranging from $50K to $400K. My history includes growing a fundraising event by 300% in just 3 years. I have a Masters of Business Administration and undergraduate education in Marketing, Graphic Design and Photography.
