Investigation, Evaluation, Negotiation, and Resolution; Investigated claims both at the desk and in the field for Property, Auto, Liability, Product and Completed Operations, Environmental and ERPL field investigations. Analytical and detail-oriented; as a field adjuster I handled several ‘smash and grab’ jewelry theft claims where accurately inventorying the pre-loss store inventory and the post-loss inventory was crucial. I utilized POS systems, paper receipts, invoices, and other documentation to validate the claim. I also was responsible for the investigation to create a case for subrogation purposes. Coverage Interpretation; Experienced in reviewing and interpreting commercial ISO, BOP, Homeowners, and Personal Auto policy coverage to determine appropriate coverage and calculate accurate payouts.
