Former collegiate athlete at Embry Riddle Aeronautical Univerity, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Global Conflict Studies with minors in Homeland Security, Forensic Accounting, and Aerospace Life Science (undeclared Humanities minor as well). I committed 30 hours weekly to training, practice, and tournament play while working in the athlete department as a full-time student. Graduated from the Brussels School of International Studies with a Master of Art in International Conflict and Security with a specialization in International Political Economy. My master’s Thesis: “A Peacebuilding Case Study: A comparative analysis of Mara Salvatrucha and The Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia.” I am currently employed with Hagerty Consulting, where I am working on the Maryland Emergency Management Covid-19 Response Project. K12 Non-Clinical Staffing Communications Director • Coordinated communication between clients, public education institutes, and vendors. • Analyzed data from various spreadsheets regarding staffing requests and onboarding process and assisted in developing data spreadsheets for timesheet reconciliation. • Supported contract monitoring, set, and ran weekly meetings with non-clinical vendors • Investigated timesheet discrepancies I lent my skills to help develop the onboarding process to create a seamless pipeline for the non-clinical agencies and the MD schools requesting a staffer. Additionally, I helped develop an attendance tracking program for staffers to check in and out of the school for timekeeping purposes. I coordinated orientations for staffers to attend before stepping into the requested school. Investigated timesheet discrepancies between staffer recorded hours via agency and K12 recorded hours.
