About Megan Prince

I currently wear two very different (but equally rewarding) hats working for my family’s businesses. At Electro Insulation Corporation, I serve as the Quality Assurance Manager, where I focus on maintaining high standards, improving processes, and ensuring products meet strict compliance and customer expectations. This role has sharpened my eye for detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to create efficient systems that support long-term business success. At Agogo Active, our high-performance sock brand, I serve as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing day-to-day operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring that both product quality and business growth stay on track. I enjoy creating efficient systems, managing teams, and optimizing operations to deliver exceptional results while keeping the company aligned with its mission. Working across both companies has given me a unique perspective—combining structure, quality, and operational excellence with strategic leadership and business growth. I thrive in environments where analytical thinking and innovative ideas come together to help businesses grow while staying true to their mission. Core Strengths: Quality Assurance & Process Improvement Operations Management & Process Optimization Team Leadership & Collaboration Business Growth & Strategic Planning Product & Brand Excellence I’m passionate about contributing to the success of family businesses while expanding my skills in both quality management and operational leadership. Always happy to connect with professionals, share ideas, and explore opportunities to collaborate.
