As a Clinical Protocol Administrator at Align Technology, I bring a unique combination of creativity, technical skills, and dental knowledge to the forefront of innovation. I am passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technology to revolutionize dentistry and enhance patient outcomes. With a degree in Dental Assisting/Assistant from East Carolina University, I started my career as a dental assistant, where I honed my chair-side support, patient education, and X-ray operations skills. I then transitioned to the tech industry, where I have excelled in project management, data analysis, and workflow optimization for the past five years. I am proud to have contributed to the development and implementation of the Invisalign Personalized Plan (IPP), a platform that facilitates the progress and collaboration of doctors and clinical protocol educators. I also received the Unicorn Award for Best Teammate, recognizing my commitment to excellence and teamwork. My goal is to continue to provide comprehensive support to my team and to the doctors who participate in the IPP, ensuring effective communication, data management, and project tracking.
