About Megan Ross

As a Marketing Intern with California State Games, my journey at the University of San Diego ended this May with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with minors in Marketing and Communication. My core competencies in marketing and advertising were honed through developing marketing plans that significantly increased athlete attendance, and I took the lead on managing a key ice hockey tournament. Our team's collaborative efforts at the University of San Diego, where I supported as an Assistant Swim Coach, fostered a strong liaison between varsity athletes and coaching staff, and leading a group of young women to their highest potential. My role in nonprofit organizations and event planning encapsulates my commitment to fostering diverse perspectives and aligning with our collective values and goals.
