About Megan S.

I'm a hard-working, passionate 30 something committed to making her dreams a reality. I'm motivated by the thought of making the world a better place. I have an unstoppable passion for people, desire to build relationships, and love for coaching others. In and out of the office, I am enthused by new opportunities to gain knowledge. You can expect a person who will ask questions to better my understanding, and will learn fast in order to keep projects moving forward. I am committed to working smart to get any job done, supporting teammates, and following through with the task at hand. Recently I shared motivational advice with my team. To be motivated, you have to have a goal and you have to be passionate, excited about reaching that goal. My ultimate goal is to help people, however I can. Whether its working behind the scenes to make sure everything is running efficiently or managing a team, I want my work to be for the benefit of others. My goals will drive me to overcome any obstacle that I may face along the way.
