About Megan Sanchez
I recently graduated from Pace University with my B.A in Psychology and a double minor in neuroscience and sociology/anthropology. I spent my undergraduate career being heavily involved in student engagement opportunities on campus, as a Resident Assistant and Tour Guide, and developed my passion for child development research. I had the privilege of working alongside Dr. Brenna Hassinger-Das as a research assistant in the Science of Development Lab, and under her mentorship I went on to conduct a grant- funded IRB-approved independent study on caregiver involvement in play. I’m currently working in the ABA field as a bilingual Registered Behavior Technician and Psychometrist, implementing individualized behavior plans, administering a variety of developmental assessments, and supporting the Spanish speaking community in the Charlotte area. I hope to begin a graduate program in the fall in counseling or clinical psychology where I can hone in on my research aspirations and applied clinical knowledge to become a well rounded professional in the mental health field.
