For example, as a Business Analyst for two high-profile Agile projects at Turner Broadcasting, I collaborated to guide each system through its lifecycle—from white board to fully functioning products, working diligently within tight budgets to exceed customer expectations. Ultimately, these products saved thousands of man-hours and increased alignment across five departments; allowed the company to allocate resources to gain $100M+ in revenue for its top cable networks; and have streamlined business processes to create synergies, reduce error, and allow for more proactive, data-driven decision making.
