Hello! I'm Megan Shellman and I am one of the Revenue Cloud Practice Leads at Salesforce. I have spent more than 10 years in the Salesforce consulting ecosystem, and now, within my role as a practice lead, I am able to direct and drive meaningful change within the Revenue Cloud practice. The Revenue Cloud Practice team is comprised of leaders with deep product and domain expertise on the Quote to Cash lifecycle tools that drive consistency, growth, and scale. Within Salesforce, this product expertise is reflected in CPQ, Billing, and Subscription Management. We support AMER Professional Services selling and delivery by bringing our expertise and best practices on successful Salesforce Revenue Cloud engagements. This is built on years of engagements and sales cycles. In parallel, we nurture skills development and collaboration throughout the delivery organization by putting an emphasis on delivery consistency. We collaborate with our business partners across AMER and globally to ensure our solutions meet customer needs and establish a foundation for long-lasting partnerships. As a part of our cross-OU (XOU) organization, this team has line of sight to best practices across industries. I specialize in Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, and Automotive industries. Prior to my current position, I have worked as a Solution Architect specializing in leading, designing, and delivering SaaS solutions using Salesforce. I have extensive project experience leading Revenue Cloud, Tableau CRM, and Consumer Goods solutions for globally recognized customers. Additionally, I have also lead projects on the design and implementation of enterprise application technologies including advising customers on DevOps, Org Strategy, Integration Architecture Landscapes, and Data Integration. I believe strongly in building an environment of mentorship, enablement, and empathy.
