About Megan Stacey

As a Revenue Cycle Analyst at Memorial Health Ohio, I apply my process improvement, communication, and problem-solving skills to achieve organization initiatives and optimize patient experience. I have over three years of experience in revenue cycle management, including managing, coordinating, and analyzing registration and scheduling processes, billing and collections, and reporting and compliance. In my current role my primary focus is EPIC Registration and Scheduling optimizion. I also serve as a system administrator for our UKG Workforce Management employee scheduling platform. I am passionate about helping others and delivering high-quality service to patients, providers, and stakeholders. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to collaborate with my colleagues. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management at Franklin University, after completing an Associate of Arts degree at Columbus State Community College. My goal is to further develop my expertise in the health informatics field and to contribute to the success and growth of Memorial Health Ohio.
