Seequent is a rapidly growing international software company which specialises in the interpretation and visualisation of geoscientific information. As the global provider of the market-leading Leapfrog3D software suite, we are continually pushing the envelope and driving innovation in our target markets. Our company was born in NZ, and after experiencing massive headcount growth over the last few years, we now have employees in 15 countries across 5 continents. We have recently re-branded from ARANZ Geo and currently have products for the Mining and Minerals, Civil Engineering, Energy and Environmental sectors. My career with Seequent started as the sole HR Advisor on a 12-month part-time maternity contract back in 2008. Throughout the years I have seen the business grow and change from being a small office in Christchurch to a global organisation. At the end of the 12 month contract I was made the permanent HR Manager, initially focussing on hands-on operational responsibilities, but over the last 3 years I have moved into a more strategic space. I currently lead and manage a team of 3 HR Business Partners and 1 HR Coordinator. Specialties Human Resources, recruitment, performance management, HR legislative compliance, employee motivation.
