About Megan Strange

I’m a Christ-centered educator and leader with a deep calling to invest in the next generation through authentic relationships, academic excellence, and a vibrant school culture rooted in the Gospel. With years of experience as a Christian school principal, I’ve had the joy of mentoring students, supporting teachers, and partnering with families to create learning environments where faith and knowledge grow side by side.My journey in Christian education has shaped me into a leader who values compassion, clarity, and purpose. Whether through student life programs, coaching teams, or leading professional development, I strive to shepherd with both grace and conviction. I believe that every classroom is a place where lives are shaped and the love of Christ can be made known.I hold a Master’s in Christian Leadership and an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership from Liberty University, with additional doctoral studies in Leadership from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. At the heart of it all is a desire to live sent—to serve schools and communities in a way that reflects the heart of Jesus.
