With over 10 years of experience in the health care industry, I have successfully recruited, trained, and developed hundreds of health care professionals across multiple regions and disciplines. I have also earned multiple certifications from Dale Carnegie Training, such as Disagree Agreeably, Dream Big Focus Small, and Getting Results Without Authority, which have enhanced my skills in conflict resolution, goal setting, and collaboration. Prior to joining CareATC, I was a Regional Recruitment Manager and a Director at BAYADA Home Health Care, where I led and supported the recruitment and retention strategies for home health care services. I am passionate about improving the quality and accessibility of health care for all, and I enjoy working with a dynamic and diverse team that shares this mission and vision.
