About Megan Wolfe

As a non-partisan, experienced advocate and collaborative leader on federal education and health issues, I am dedicated to ensuring that federal policies that address specific populations-including youth and older adults-are developed with the input of those that understand the full impact of those policies. I have extensive experience in the federal appropriations process as well as leading collaborative legislative initiatives. As an officer of the 115-member Committee for Education Funding, I was responsible for the coalition’s budget process and helped to oversee the installation of new leadership and implementation of new strategic goals for 2017. I have presented in a variety of venues and developed policy agendas, advocacy materials, legislative policy briefs, and federal regulatory responses. I have published in peer reviewed journals, including the Innovations in Aging journal of the Gerontological Society on Aging. My policy knowledge includes healthy aging, school health, social-emotional learning, and federal budget and appropriations.
