Currently working as a Senior Performance Test Engineer at HTC Global Services serving for leading financial organization at Charlotte location. Involved in all phases of PT for multiple projects and applications going in monthly releases. Earlier worked at multiple roles and capacities in QA field in Infosys Limited. I have 12yrs experience in QA with expertise in various phases of STLC for both Functional and Performance Testing in Banking Domain. I have extensive exposure in leading large testing groups for major banking clients of US. I have been at client facing roles for almost 6 yrs in US and Canada. My current role in Performance Testing involves requirements gathering with application/business teams, recommending performance testing strategies, leading a team through various phases till execution, leading the execution triages, performance tunings, recommendations. As a functional testing lead, my responsibilities include Business Requirements Analysis, Identification of business test scenarios/test conditions, creating RTM, test cases, walking through the scenarios with business analysts,creating RTM, test cases, walking through the scenarios with business analysts.
