About Meghan McFadyen

I have 7 years of experience in K-12 public education, including 4 years of work in Title 1 schools. I taught for two years at one of the first Next Generation Science Standards focused schools in California. I have four years of experience and training in implementing California common core state standards and three years of experience and training in implementing the Next Generation Science Standards. One year of experience in personalized learning planning, blended learning, and growth mindset instruction. Expertise in designing and implementing innovative curriculum in the classroom and analyzing assessment data to modify and differentiate instructional practices to fit the needs of each individual student. I have 7 years of experience in fast-paced business and sales oriented environments. My specific areas of expertise include new business development, social media marketing, event planning, special project management, and executive level support. I earned my California multiple subject teaching credential at CalState TEACH. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies: Teaching Pathway with an emphasis in Visual and Public Art from California State University, Monterey Bay.
