My career path is an unexpected one. As a recent college graduate I joined the Statebridge team as a temp to hire in November 2011. Since then I've had many opportunities to learn the mortgage servicing world. But the greatest things I've learned are collaboration, to speak up if you see an opportunity for process improvement and not to shy away from problems.
