About Meghan Obrien

With over ten years of experience in project and customer success management, I am passionate about delivering complex and innovative solutions for global clients and operational engagements. As the Manager of Customer Success and Event Operations at CXApp, I lead a cross-functional team of 30+ to ensure timely delivery and compliance of project requirements for our event mobile app and workplace experience solution. I bring extensive knowledge of the event and mobile app industry to help each client drive results and create value in planning, execution, and post-deployment processes. I leverage my experience to empower and motivate my team, partners, and vendors to achieve their goals and overcome challenges. Additionally, I volunteer as a Donation and Outreach Coordinator for Silverstray Social, a nonprofit organization that provides much-needed supplies, food, vaccines, microchips, and free spay/neuter assistance to Gary, IN residents.
