About Meghan Pendleton

I was born and raised in NY and have spent all my life surrounded by small town rural America. From Friday night football games under the lights to local harvest parties to celebrate the end of the season- these are some of the core memories I carry with me. I grew up as one of the youngest of 10 children- this started an early development of competitiveness that I haven't quite grown out of. I enjoy being first and family gatherings still tend to get heated around the monopoly table. Its not my fault- people forget how important the railroads are early in the game! I have worked for Farm Credit East for nearly 8 years and have enjoyed those 8 years learning nearly every role of the credit/financing process. Currently, I have a pretty awesome job helping people achieve their dream of living in the country. As a country dweller myself- I cant say there is any place better to be- although the 30 min milk runs can be a bit tedious. Helping my customers from application to the closing table is truly an honor and privilege to be a part of such a huge journey for them! I love to learn and grow my skills- I have lived by the saying, if you are still the same person you were yesterday, you have failed yourself! If I can help you in anyway- don't hesitate to reach out!
