Social work student graduating with a Master’s in Social Work in April 2021. Skilled in administration & management in nonprofit organizations, conducting ethical research & literature reviews, building resource websites, submitting Medi-Cal & CPS documentation in a timely manner, SWOT analysis, creating group curriculum, grant writing, social entrepreneurship, early childhood intervention, and fundraising. Personal experience with kinship care, legal guardianship system, and Wraparound services. Currently diagnosing, treating, and providing case management for individuals and groups of various ages. Experienced in behavior modification (including Applied Behavioral Analysis), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, psychoeducation, play therapy, art therapy, sand tray therapy, solution focused brief therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, motivational interviewing, and biopsychosocial assessment. Future plans include furthering my social work career, obtaining licensure & additional certification in integrative medicine, as well as publishing.
