As an experienced Merchandising Leader with over a decade in the industry, I have consistently driven Topline Sales growth, Profitability, Customership & Market Share. In my most recent role as Associate Vice President of Merchandising for Men's & Wellness, I steered high growth Categories totaling over $650M in Sales. Throughout my career, I've driven significant changes to various Categories. Most recently, I led the Key Forms & Gifting Categories to see positive year over year Sales in a declining year for the Company (FY22). I also led the Market-leading Category of 3-Wick Candles, delivering over $2B in volume with double digit year over year Sales growth & high Margin Rate growth (FY20). Additionally, as the former Merchandising leader for the Company's Win at Christmas initiative, I delivered over $2B in revenue in a single quarter. Beyond these successes, I have also excelled in leading Cross-Functional teams, developing holistic Philanthropy & Marketing strategies, as well as building successful startup Brands from the ground up. I am particularly proud of my role in growing the White Barn Brand from two locations to over 200, achieving Sales targets of +20-25%, & turning Third-Party Products into profitable Categories through vendor management & negotiation.
