About Meghan Walsh

I am a Museum/Heritage Professional who is passionate about making history accessible to everyone. This can apply to how history is presented, whether it is physically or digitally accessible, who is included (and/or not included) in the conversation, and the overall impact that the content has on visitors. I truly believe in the soft power of museums and the potential for museums to have positive impacts on Canada’s future. I am interested in curatorial, programming and community engagement positions in museums, archives and libraries, as well as heritage and tourism organizations. My ideal workplace values co-creation, empathy, honesty, and their employees' mental and physical health. No matter where I work I strive to bring a holistic lens to all that I do, including doing my part to uphold diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility calls to action.
