About Meghana Devi

Being an Aeronautical Engineer, I’ve started my career as an Executive Manufacturing Engineer at TATA Boeing Aerospace Limited, one of the leading aero-structure manufacturing companies in India. At this place, I have acquired hands-on experience in manufacturing process planning and preparation of work instructions for the assembly of AH 64E, Boeing’s Attack Helicopter. I’ve also acquired a key understanding of the activities of different departments in the organization that coordinate to enable smooth production and develop a robust system for airframe delivery. With the sound knowledge obtained in the technical aspects of an industry, I’ve grown interested in managerial aspects that broaden the reach of organizations. This zeal has made me pursue Masters in Technology Innovation Management in the field of Business Analytics at Carleton University, Canada. I’ve been introduced to Machine Learning during the course of my program which has captivated me towards its growing application in any industry these days. I’ve learned how to analyze business data with the help of Machine Learning and data visualization tools to generate informative insights that help in expanding an organization’s reach. Apart from the skills that I’ve acquired throughout my career, I consider myself a team player and a good leader. With exceptional multitasking abilities, I am capable of working efficiently and effectively.
