I am a firm believer of the quote ' if a child can't learn the way we teach maybe we should teach the way a child learns.' Being a neurodivergent person during my schooling I have over compensated masked and turned my weaknesses into my strengths. I work with a moral compass that drives me to stay punctual stick to my schedule meet deadlines along with an innate enthusiasm for adventure and visiting new places. I have a hidden desire to build things be it a process or facilitate play with limited materials and learn something new each day. I love socializing networking and often get excited about conversations revolving around Psychology Neurodiversity Inclusive Education Dogs Fear in solving Math problems and Inner Child Healing. I am powered with a Master's in Psychology and a PG diploma in Special Education currently working in a setting that enables Neurodivergent children access to inclusive and neurodiverse friendly classrooms. I also provide support with curriculum development and have experience providing Interventions around Literacy Numeracy Psychological support for children from the marginalized communities along with children in need of care and protection. Having worked at Insighte for the last 4 years and continuing I currently head the operations and manage a team of 100+ psychologists along with its end to end process to enable its smooth functioning.
