With a MBA in Human Resources Management and Services and a PHRi certification, I have over seven years of experience in leading and supporting HR functions in various sectors. I am skilled in talent acquisition, employee engagement, process optimization, and HRIS tools. As a HR Team Lead at Altius Customer Services Pvt Ltd, I managed a team of HR professionals and delivered HR shared services for over 500 employees, including onboarding, data management, policy interpretation, and training. I also handled employee relations and grievance management, meeting a monthly target of 75 employee counseling sessions. I developed and maintained SLAs to ensure customer satisfaction and handled disciplinary actions. I was recognized for designing an in-house HR software that improved efficiency and accuracy. I am passionate about fostering high-performance cultures and creating positive employee experiences. I am also committed to community service, volunteering for "DESIRE SOCIETY" supporting special kids.
