I’m an HR professional and I/O Psychology student with an endless curiosity about people — what motivates them, how they work best, and how to create workplaces that truly support and bring out the best in them. With my experience in HR and leadership, I’ve developed a passion for the people side of work. I especially enjoy people analytics, organizational design, and employee engagement — the kind of data that helps teams thrive, not just function. I’m a spreadsheet nerd who can never know enough and always needs a good challenge with plenty of learning opportunities to thrive. I adapt well to new environments and needs, using my people-reading skills to navigate different personalities and situations in ways that let others know they are valued and important. When I discover patterns in behavior or datasets that deepen my understanding of someone’s experience, I'll be fascinated for hours. I’m a forward-thinker with lots of ideas and a love for innovation and technology that increase employee retention while creating better places for people to learn and grow. I’m always looking for opportunities to blend my HR experience with my passion for psychology, data, and continuous growth. Whether it’s digging into engagement metrics or connecting one-on-one to shape better workplace experiences, I’m excited to contribute, learn, and grow with people who value both heart and strategy.
