About Meha Patel

Analysis of large data within market growth, market trends, total revenue, set pricing strategies as well as generating demand forecast is important part of my job to optimize revenue and increase profit margin. Based on both historical and recent data, I calculate and set accommodation budget with long- & short-term strategies to reach KPI goals.(Room Revenue, Average Daily Rate & Occupancy). In collaboration with Sales, Group & Meeting department as well as hotel colleagues, I have delivered significant revenue growth. I have also implemented different projects being project leader in revenue part. I have studied Bachelor of Commerce and have extensive experience working with business development with a strong focus on profitability, with having clear control of income and costs. Since last 9 years, I have focused in revenue optimization in a large organization with international operations. I have also worked as a Hotel Manager for 10 years former and was also responsible for implementing franchise change for 3 different hotel chains due to change of ownership in addition to operations, revenue management and sales. My main strength is my long experience within pricing, revenue management and operations combined with my analytical skills, identify new revenue opportunities where we can optimize revenue. In the future, I want to continue working with pricing and revenue optimization in industries, where I can share my knowledge and long experience from hospitality industry.
