My most recent role was as an associate manager at Vodafone, where I coordinated bi-monthly product releases for the product, ensuring quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. I worked with different teams across the organization, using ITSM and agile methodologies, tools, and processes. I also supported the production and product release support, resolving issues and defects, obtaining approvals, and communicating with stakeholders. I am passionate about delivering products that meet customer needs and expectations, and I value collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement. I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as well as skills in root cause analysis, computer repair, and telecommunications.
