Mehak Soni is a Finance major MBA graduate from Indian Institute of Management Udaipur. She had been a service strategy intern at Emirates NBD Bank in Dubai, where she improved the bank's services by comparing them with other major banks both in UAE and globally. As a Summer Intern at State Street, Mehak excelled in delivering SASB and Climate Risk ESG scorecards for 22 companies, showcasing a keen eye for ESG factors and risk mitigation strategies. Mehak with her team were the National Winners IIT Roorkee National Social Summit Policy Case where they created a rural healthcare policy framework. Before this, as an Associate and Staff Consultant at Oracle Financial Software Services, Mehak made significant strides in implementing core banking solutions, ensuring seamless delivery of various customizations. Her promotion to Staff Consultant and receipt of the Rising Star Award underscore her exceptional contributions in handling critical clients and spearheading projects with precision. Mehak's academic journey began with a B.Tech in Industrial and Production Engineering from NIT Jalandhar, where she interned at The Coca-Cola Company. There, she achieved a remarkable 17.5% reduction in casual labor across various departments through efficient time study methods.
