I currently lead the Risk Analytics and Operations Strategy function at Astra Tech in Dubai/Abu Dhabi, UAE, where I’m focused on building AI-driven risk and fraud solutions for our flagship fintech platforms — PayBy and Botim Team. With a user base of over 150 million across 155+ countries, I’m responsible for designing scalable, intelligent risk infrastructures that support the world’s first ultra app. With over 5 years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, and AI, I bring a deep background in fraud risk, credit strategy, portfolio analytics, and operational intelligence across global financial markets. Before joining Astra Tech, I had the opportunity to work with some of the world’s leading payments and financial organizations: • At Deloitte, I worked with MasterCard to lead portfolio management, risk analytics across the Australia/APAC region. • At American Express, I was part of the Service Risk Analytics and Operational Strategy team, where I helped improve customer risk frameworks and decision systems. • At EXL, I worked with Visa across the APAC and EMEA markets, focusing on marketing analytics, strategic research, and risk intelligence. • I began my analytics journey at BEPEC Solutions, collaborating with US Bank’s Fraud Analytics team — a high-stakes environment that gave me foundational exposure to risk and decision systems. My work spans the full analytics value chain — from data extraction and modeling, to executive-level reporting and AI integration. Having worked across India, EMEA, APAC, and the LAC region, I bring a globally informed, business-centric approach to analytics leadership.
