About Mehdi Baghaz

RAN Network Architect and Radio Network Optimization and Design expert (5G/4G/3G), with 14 years experience working in various international projects. I am actually working as a Senior Solution Architect for Network Design & Optimization, part of the Strategic Competence Unit at Ericsson in Sweden. My work in the previous years has been more focused towards pre-sales and team management in addition to serving as a technical consultant for CTOs and VPs. I have worked in complex projects for both service delivery and Pre-Sales where I was responsible for the RAN project lifecycle: strategy, design, planning, implementation and operation. I have gained international experience by working in different multinational companies in different countries. Moreover, I have given trainings and organized workshops for customers and internal staff.
