About Mehir Sheth

I am a senior at The University of Texas at Dallas in the Naveen Jindal School of Management pursuing a degree in Global Business and a minor in Supply Chain Management. I have always had an interest in how companies do business as an international agency. I chose to do a minor in supply chain management because I was attracted to how it analyzes the sourcing, purchasing, and transportation of supplies and goods worldwide. I have refined my skills in Microsoft Office applications as well as general office knowledge. I am currently a Business Growth and Development Analyst at Relianse Global LLC. As a development analyst I am able to engage in how the hospitality industry works. As a Global Business and Supply Chain Management student I love to get my foot in the door in many industries just so I can get an idea of how everything works together. Once I graduate, my plans are to get a career that combines both my major and minor. Just recently I finished my internship with The Global Development Initiative which is a collaboration between the Center for Global Business at the University of Texas at Dallas and the Richardson Chamber of Commerce/Richardson Economic Development Partnership. At GDI I conduct market analysis for specific companies in the Richardson area. Besides school, I am developing an interest in starting a business in real estate and pursuing a license as a realtor.
