I am an innovative and strategic professional with a background in solution sales, partner business strategy and program management at Microsoft Japan. With a deep understanding of the Modern Workplace & Security business and its partner ecosystem, I bring a unique perspective to drive organizational change and improve business operations. Currently, as a solution specialist for M365, I specialize in groupware, security, compliance, cloud phone, and more. My primary role involves assisting customers in creating a secure and modern hybrid work environment that fosters productivity. I am accountable for initiating and closing comprehensive deals, as well as delivering the value prop of our products. In my previous role, I was responsible for crafting the Partner Ecosystem Strategy for Modern Work & Security, with a particular focus on the employee experience platform Viva and Frontline Worker solutions.
