Hello! • I’ve always been fascinated by how businesses grow, how industries transform, and how active ownership can create real value. That curiosity led me to private equity, where I now work as an Associate at INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund and INVL Private Equity Fund II. • Over the last three and a half years, I’ve had the privilege of working on more than 50+ projects across the Baltic region and two successful transactions in Poland. I’ve spent a lot of time in waste management, plastics recycling, and veterinary services. • I believe that finance goes beyond mere numbers—it's about grasping the intricacies of people, businesses, and the ever-evolving world around us. • Outside of work, I’m deeply interested in stock markets, technology (especially semiconductors), economics, and geopolitics. Sometimes, I love writing about these topics, sharing ideas, and learning from others.
