I am a Psychology/Criminal Justice major with 12 years of military experience and 4 years of experience in the Connecticut Department of Corrections. I am interested in positions that will allow me to utilize my team oriented, self-management and communication skills. I believe in excellence and have always dedicated myself, my talents and my creative abilities to assure the successful accomplishment of any goals. My positive attitude, persistence and willingness to give 150% makes me a valuable asset to any organization My military back ground has given me the mental and physical toughness to complete any task that I may come across. I have developed strong communication and listening skills that helped me develop positive relationships with individuals that I work with and be agile when handling different and complex situations. My work abilities in the department of Corrections are backed up with experiences and knowledge, which has allowed me to performed my assignments with a high degree of skill and professionalism. My current objective is to obtain a position that will fully utilize my skills and offer an opportunity for continued professional growth.
