With over four years of experience in the localization industry, I am passionate about creating natural language data for AI and chatbot technologies, with a focus on Brazilian Portuguese. As a Localization Manager at Language Data Services, I lead regional quality and production teams, ensuring high-quality control, training, and validation for natural spoken language AI projects. I am motivated by the challenge of adapting content and technology to different cultures and languages, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team. In addition to my localisation management role, I also work as a Senior Translator for global tech services and digital SaaS companies, delivering high-quality translations and localisations from English to Brazilian Portuguese. I use advanced tools and linguistic assets to ensure consistency and quality across translations, and I provide linguistic expertise for AI-driven projects, creating and annotating training data for machine learning-driven chatbot technologies. I have strong skills in data analysis, forecasting, management, and strategic planning, which I acquired from my previous experience as a Senior Assistant Buyer at Debenhams.
