About Mel Bilge

Currently the Director of Customer Success for Rippit I’ve spent my career enabling customers in getting the most from their software products through the implementation of customer success programs, technical consulting, onboarding, and solution delivery. Every relationship I build is always centered on trust, transparency and a commitment to having your back. This approach is mirrored internally in the way in which I lead and communicate with every individual on my team. What motivates me every day is helping people unleash their full by providing a strong framework for career development, being a mentor/coach, and working to cultivate core leadership behaviors that forge the next generation of company leaders. I previously co-hosted Connecting the Dots, a podcast from Learndot by ServiceRocket where myself and Bill Cushard (leading CS expert) talked about how to build a SaaS business on learning.
