About me: • I have a body of delivery knowledge built over 20 years that aids me in matching the right project\delivery methodology for the organisation and program\project I am working on. • Coming from a developer background I look at long term goals for a product and program as well as what is required to make a project deliver within its time, cost and scope parameters. • After working with systems that have a 99.99% availability I’ve developed an instinctual ‘muscle memory’ for how to build and deploy projects in a high-availability environment that I take to every role. • Focusing on the ‘big picture' has also taught me the importance of listening to the client. I’ve seen projects that fulfil the T’s&C’s of a contract but miss or only partially satisfy the underlying business intent.
