As a Membership Director at YMCA of Greater Omaha, I have over three years of experience in managing and growing a multimillion-dollar budget, leading and coaching a team of customer service professionals, and leading staff fundraising campaigns that exceed the goals. I am passionate about creating a positive and welcoming environment for our members and staff, and ensuring the financial success and sustainability of our organization. My core competencies include customer service, management, creative writing, problem solving, concept development, and brand identity. I also have proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges that help me grow personally and professionally. My mission is to make a difference in the lives of our members and our community through YMCA's programs and services.
