About Mel Garza

Proud plant parent here. I wasn’t an expert when I bought my first plant (I actually knew nothing). I blinked, then there were 30+ plants in my apartment. Each plant requires different watering schedules, levels of light, and fighting off pests. Some even decide to be dramatic until you move them to a different corner of the room. While working in customer facing roles I’ve learned that every client and colleague has different needs in order to thrive. Cultivating relationships both at work and in my personal life has always been a passion of mine. These relationships have allowed me to lean into several different projects, from collaborating with different departments, enhancing workflows, providing feedback that would increase customer satisfaction, leading department trainings, all while hitting my core metrics. Like the seasons, when working in tech the only constant is change. I’m able to excel in these environments by expanding my knowledge on new subject matter, remaining detail oriented when multitasking projects, and making sure to stay hydrated.
