About Mel Lucas

I am a multi-certified Head of PMO & Project Delivery with a proven track record of driving business transformation, large-scale software implementation, and infrastructure growth. I have led multi-million-pound portfolios and complex change initiatives across national organisations, managing high-performing teams of contractors and permanent staff across programme and project management, change management, business analysis, product ownership, testing, development, and data engineering. I excel at delivering strategic, high-impact solutions within time and budget constraints, partnering with senior stakeholders to embed best-in-class systems, structures, and governance. Adept at building PMO functions from the ground up, I have successfully implemented and scaled both traditional and Agile methodologies to optimise efficiency and accelerate business outcomes.
