About Mel Morris

Mel is the owner of WTF with Mel, a personal development company teaching how to overcome limiting beliefs to make clear life & business decisions. Blending self-improvement techniques with intuition-building tools, like Tarot, meditation & EGS, they offer monthly training & personal development workshops, 1-on-1 advising services, Tarot & Astrology readings, and group Combining the academic and the spiritual, Mel holds a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology & Master’s degree in Organization Leadership, as well as being Certified as both a Paralegal and Tarot Advisor. Mel has worked for three decades directing and developing training, programming, statewide coalition building, and new department creation within civil rights organizations, universities & non-profits across the east coast. This includes organizations such as Catholic Family Center in NY where she began as a trainer and program coordinator; Cabrini University where she founded and directed the department of Diversity Initiatives, identifying all diversity needs and training for the university; the ACLU-PA where she created and directed the statewide public education campaign - Why Marriage Matters, helping to win marriage equality for all Pennsylvanians in 2014; and contracted with large consulting firms such as St. Charles Consulting Group to create onboarding and diversity training for tens of thousands of employees in various government agencies. Having served on numerous Boards and Committees in NY and Pennsylvania, Mel took on the role of Board President for the Charlotte LGBT Chamber of Commerce in 2015, helping numerous businesses and Chambers, locally and across the country navigate through the impacts of NC’s House Bill which compromised transgender rights in the state. Today, Mel's business focuses on helping Women & Queer communities grow their personal and professional lives. In addition, Mel hosts the YouTube channel @WTF with Mel and the podcast,"All The Things with The Magical Cartographers.”
