It may come as no surprise that I initially pursued a career in teaching before discovering my passion for HR. I approach every challenge with a beginner’s mindset, ensuring that we design systems that are effective and allow employees to thrive. As an operational leader with a strong focus on people, I collaborate closely with Senior Leadership Teams to ensure that the business sees measurable impact from adopting People-first strategies. Throughout my career, I’ve supported organizations through pivotal moments of growth—helping scale revenue from $40M to $400M, supporting a merger and a company post acquisition, and have opened more than 30+ stores. I’ve worked with both established enterprises and start-ups, always focused on maximizing the potential of both the business and its people. My greatest sense of fulfillment comes from helping others achieve their goals. I specialize in creating scalable people solutions, training and development, employee relations, and talent management. With experience living and working in Canada and the US, I am well-versed in supporting diverse teams and fostering inclusive workplaces across regions.
