About Mel Tully

A leader in purpose-led collaboration, connecting communities through meaningful and rewarding programs which make a difference to causes that matter. Highly experienced in client service, marketing and fundraising. I spent the first 10 years of my career at a respected full service marketing agency, building strong client relationships, managing high performing teams and delivering best in class marketing campaigns for blue chip organisations including Yellow Pages, Diageo and Sky. In 2008 I switched careers to pursue my passion for coaching and mentoring people to achieve their health and well-being goals. Over 9 years, I built a strong and successful wellbeing business delivering health and fitness solutions to corporate clients and individuals. I am driven by the desire to make a difference and in 2017, I chose to combine the skills I developed during my career to add value in a purpose-led environment, helping organisations engage their people in meaningful and rewarding ways whilst contributing to causes that matter. I am proud to have developed and delivered staff engagement and fundraising programs for businesses including Westpac, Optus, Lexus, CBA and Woolworths.
