I'm a third-generation West Philadelphian, and I've been selling real estate in the neighborhood I love since 1984. Often, my clients work with me multiple times for repeat purchases and sales. For some families, I've worked with multiple family members, sometimes including the now-adult children of my earlier clients. I work with artists, writers and librarians, with first-time buyers and move-up or downsize buyers of all ages, with "small" investment property purchasers, with faculty & staff from the nearby universities, and with many longtime West Philadelphia property owners. I enjoy having the opportunity to help my clients make successful real estate decisions. Over the years I've also been involved with many local community groups, including the University City Historical Society, Baltimore Ave. Business Association, Cedar Park Neighbors, Spruce Hill Community Association, University City Arts League, University City Community Council and many other local endeavors. I'm also a residential landlord for several small University City buildings, including Baltimore Ave. commercial storefront properties which house two popular local restaurants.
